This is the error that my macbook pro gives me. The circle with a line through it shows up and then a file folder with a question mark flashes. It just repeats this sequence over and over. I have taken the hard drive out and plugged it in usb and it has worked perfectly every time. I unplug the drive and put it back into the case plug it in where it is supposed to be and nothing. I get the apple sign and the gears going round and round for hours if I let it. When I push option c the computer knows that the hard drive is there. I don't know what to think. Should I start replacing things like the sata connection and cables. Start with the least expensive and work my way up?
I guess my question is what does this error message mean. Does it tell me exactly what I have to replace??
Thanks for your time guys. I love my macbook pro, please don't send me to vista, help me.
