Windows font for Mac, can't find

Would anyone have or know where to get or know how to convert a font from Windows called Fixedsys? I come from a windows background, and one application I use in X would be incredibly more intuitive if I could use a thicker 9pt font like Fixedsys was. Monaco is nice for monospaced, but a thicker font of the same size would be incredibly more useful to me.

Except that Fixedsys is a system bitmap font and dosen't seem to actually have a file in Windows.
