wireless hookup while traveling in motorhome

I'm a full-timer traveling in a motorhome and while staying at RV parks, I can usually find a phone line and get online OK. Truck stops are great with 800#s also.

But I want to be able to get online in my motorhome via my Nokia phone and TiBook.I just want to be able to download my mail while traveling. After a lot of calls to AT&T, Nokia, Ositech, no one seems to be able to say how to achieve such a wireless hookup. I thought getting this TiBook would make it easy to do. Not, apparently!

Does anyone know what I need to get to be able to get online with my cell phone?
Thank you!

Yes there is, as long as your phone is capable of hooking up to your computer. Just go to the local Radio Shack and ask for the connectivity kit for your phone.
The software you need should be included with the cables.
FutureDial Inc. sells a connection kit called the SnapDialer. You will have to check if that works with your phone.

I think it is more of a matter of working with the Mac OS, and that I do not know.
