wma to mp3 converter program?

Hey guys,
Sorry if I posted this in the wrong direction, but I'm having problems sending my wma to my ipod using itunes. It seems that itunes on mac os x doesnt let me convert them. Does anybody know how or have any other program that will let me convert my wma to mp3?

In short: EasyWMA (easy, but limited shareware) or ffmpegX (not so easy, but free and powerful). You can find them both by searching at MacUpdate.
