I know how tuff it can be these days to get the low-down on the greatest operating system ever invented. Weither you're a switcher or an all time user: the operating system can always be a maze to get through. That's why i've come up with the Mac OS X Features Guide.

And now with the release of Mac OS X.2 I was wondering if you would like to see a new features guide be released explaining the many new wonderful features of the OS and how to use them. Would you use such a tool if it were free and available to you?

Plenty of content though; lets try and make it a one-stop shop for all the HOW-TOs and so on, from keyboard shortcuts to setting up themes, Fink and X-Windows.
Lets get some input on what it should contain, and how it should be arranged.

I don't know if this already exists, and it's likely different under X.2 anyway (so i hope i am safe), but anything about installing and running FINK and Xwindow stuff would be great.

But I am talking about serious beginner version. I know nothing bout Linux/Unix compiling and stuff like that, but I would love to get into some of the FINK stuff I have seen available at sourceforge.

Anyway, Trip, if you're into this, it would be awesome.

Thanks,
Eddie
