I do not know exactly where to write this post.

Is there any manual, guide, tutorial, etc that will explain how to develop a quote, quotation, bid or proposals for a project ?

I need to give a formalized price quotation for a PHP project.

besides enrolling in a business course in your local collage? the program above asks you the questions... you fill in the blanks and then it spits out a proposal.
