I change mine frequently. not frequently enough to have a program do it or anything, but I just get bored with it easily. My best (favorite?) one to date was a screen shot of a full screen text editor with a bunch of java code in it. Won me geek of the century nod at work I'll post it when I'm back to work (vacation - long weekend!!)
