Mine works fast enough but sometimes my mouse buttons get mixed up (i have extra buttons I use for expose) and I can't control stuff right.

Reinstalled it, problem solved. I didn't know you could do a reinstall without losing files, but glad I found out.

I upgraded from Jaguar, should I try the 7b21 build (i hear it's pretty stable) or something?

I have this "issue" in Panther where every time I use fast user-switching my machine freezes up and has to be restarted. I'm on 7b68, with just the first disk installed. Any suggestions?

There is no practical use to it. But maybe in a few years it will be standard, like flat screens.
