Yea, I'm a bit wary of 'jailbreaking' my phone, aside from voiding the warranty, does anyone know what effect this has on the phone? Remember reading somewhere a while ago about jailbroken iPhones getting locked by Apple when you did a software update etc.

With the contract I got my phone on it includes 500 texts and 600 minutes talktime per month, I just wondered if there was a way to keep track of the amount of text messages and call minutes I've used? Cheers for any help.

Thanks for the help, I hope they change their mind on this, I use bluetooth file sharing a lot for sending/receiving pics and videos from friends phones. I know with the iPhone it's just as easy to do this via email but not so on other (lesser :p) phones.

That's what I've done for now, created a new playlist, bit of a pain doing it everytime I get music from somewhere other than itunes though.
