I think all my applications are starting slower since the 10.2.1 update today. It seems that little arrow just throbs and throbs until it finally starts... Apps like Testedit take about 15 bounces to start. :( this makes me sad.

So I kicked Classic off my PowerBook during the install of Jaguar and it felt good.

I have X.2 installe don my desktop and laptop. the laptop I opted to not install Classic, and not Mozilla will not start up. does this make sense? can it be tied to classic?

Is anyone elses Terminal sort of fubar after doing the 'Upgrade' method of install? I did a full 'Erase and Install' on my PB and and 'Upgrade' install on my desktop, and I must say that the 'Erase and Install' the the better of the two. A pain in the but, but better. Terminal works fine...

I am trying to make a favicon for a website i am planning to have ready to launch in a few weeks, and i am hitting the wall. i know it is just fluff, but it is pretty cool too. i found one app in versiontracker, but it does not seem to be doing the trick. any ideas?
