It's a replacement driver for your PowerBook or iBook trackpad. Allows you to assign the edges of the trackpad to function like a scroll-wheel. It also allows you to assign functions when tapping any of the corners of the trackpad. I'm so dependent on this application that it feels that there's something wrong when I use a PowerBook or iBook that doesn't have it.
