Uh, I'm not exactly an Uber Mac whiz, but have you tried it on any other 10.2.8 computers and still had the same problem? I have 10.4 installed on my computer, and when I ejected the harddrive under OS9 it would refuse to mount in OSX. So I got the 10.4.7 update and all fixed.

Uh, I never said one Panther CD worked and one didn't, I said the Panther CD/DVDs don't work, and the TIGER CD/DVD does. I tried using the Baldur's Gate 2 ToB install CD, and it didn't work, even though it says "Built for Mac OS X" on it.
