I'm trying to watch some ITV programmes from the UK but keep getting the messaage "Ad-blocking software detected" which filters out Adverts and therefore am prevented from watching video in ITV.com Where can I find such software on my computer to unblock it? I have no anti-virus software...

My computer's filing system is all mixed up (running 10.4.11) The Applications are in a folder on the desktop instead of in the sidebar of Finder. When I open Finder the Application Folder only contains a Utility file but no utilities! It is a mess and think it needs a clean install. Any ideas...
