Well, I will retroactively go ME TOO!!! and add that you will have a VERY good time with your MBP. It has both Teh Shiny and Teh Snappy in spades!

Gotta chime in here: The MBP is the best computer I ever had, easily edging out the dual G5 it replaced. If I were using more non-universal apps I would not be quite as happy, but probably still satisfied. It is fast. VERY fast!

Well, I am worried about stability. My goals for using it would be to consolidate my development environment on my MBP and get rid of having to lug my Dell around to build my software, but if my system gets unstable or unsupported (like with Boot Camp), I'm not gonna bother... Has anybody tried...

Got one. Don't use pro apps, only Office under Rosetta. It's all good... except for the price ;) Remember to stock up on RAM, because you'll need it. It's a VERY sweet ride :D
