Yeah, so in my attemts to make it work i just put the dvd in my external dvd burner and booted off of it. The dvd booted just fine from the external burner and i installed tiger with no problems.
Has anyone tried installing Tiger on a 12in 1.33ghz G4 Powerbook? When booting off of the dvd I get a kernel panic. The first line says "cannot find driver for: Powerbook4,6" If anyone has experienced this or heard of this problem I would appreciate any input. The dvd works just fine in my pismo...
no, there is no way to make my processor run at 1ghz, i believe apple has g3s running that high now, just not released. But realistically, i just want to make mine run at 550 or 600 cause i believe it can handle it safely.

Ok, so I know its possible to overclock my pismo. I cant find an english site that explains how to do it. I have found jumper charts and such on other sites in german and japanese but they do not translate well. If anyone has ever overclocked a pismo powerbook I would like to know how it went...

Yeah, this thread was talking about video on a 500mhz G3, of course audio works fine. If anyone has anything to add about video feel free. I do not care to hear if audio works on your indigo imac.
So I have a 500mhz Pismo. What is wrong with apple making it so I cannot do video with iChat AV. Its not like my system couldn't handle it. There are other video chatting programs that will work with my computer. Why not iChat.
