Is there such a thing? I have an old Panasonic camcorder, with a bunch of tapes from the past, I'd like to put on my mac so I can burn them to disc. I've never used iMovie on my eMac before but I assume this would be the program I would use if this was possible. Any ideas? tia:)

I am have some frustrating problems with this new computer..I am trying to exhaust all options before i have to find a place to take it and get charged an arm to sit on a bench for an hour. See my other post titled "New OSXer..." Any suggestions? PLEASE?

edX- I downloaded Java. It installed successfully. I downloaded it off the Apple downloads. I'm not sure Java has anything to do with it. Second...I have no idea how to relaunch my finder or what it looks like when it does relaunch. The volume keys aren't the only thing that causes this...
