alright - well not to piss and moan about this.... but I'm genuinely concerned about these things. I used to get fairly frequent security updates - It seems like soon, or relatively soon after 10.4 came out they stopped... that seems to imply that apple stopped working on 10.3 am I wrong...

IS apple really bad at providing maintenance for old versions of OS X? I haven't gotten notice for a security update for OS 10.3 ever since OS 10.4 came out. I also need to get a hold of Xcode 1.5 but all the links for it have disappeared. If apple assumes that everyone should shell out...
