I think it is gone after I "sudo root"ed it. It wasnt in my login items and the system wide folder.

From what I found out there isnt. Although I think that there are some programs that retrieve it from iPods, it didnt work for me.

I accdentally deleted these files (iTunes Library.itl and iTunes Music Library.xml) and my library vanshed. All the files are still on my Hard Drive and my iPod, but I want the iTunes Library.itl back. Can I use the iPod to recover it (using the iTunesDB or something)? I really don't want to...

I have the same issue with this and I hope someone knows what is causing this :) Edit: I have solved this issue. To solve it, use OnyX (search it at apple.com or macupdate.com) and clear all of the Caches and the pictures should return to normal.
