I am having constant freezes while using web browsers, I've tried NS, IE, Opera, OmniWeb and whatever else i could find. It seems however that it only occurs when I am scrolling or dragging something. I have a Microsoft IntelliMouse, so i am thinking that may be the problem.

I'm using 10.2.1 and I just niticed a fun little thing. Open a finder window and drag it half off the screen somewhere (so some portion of it is outside the viewable area), then drag a file/folder onto that window as if you were going to move it into that window or something and wait a second or...

I also have a GlobaVillage communicator Modem and a US Robotics Modem (both external), and a Keyspan USB->ADB adapter. I found CIDTrackerX but couldn;t seem to get it to work.

I am trying to find some caller ID software the works with my internal G4 modem and 10.2 Anyone have any ideas?
