    Heh, no, the guy was very nice and as helpful as can be. There is really no reason to complain about the service staff. I'm just annoyed about the download thing. As a company of international reputation it would be quite negligent not to keep critical data and production systems keep away...

    Again, thank you Giaguara. The support guy told me that the only way to update is to use the OS X software update utility. So I'll have to connect it to the internet. :S I will have to do that for both Leopard and Tiger Macs. Not happy, I tend to call them Mac-rosoft from now on...

    Thank you for your help. Unfortunately that doesn't help. After logging in, it offers Pro Applications Update 2008-03, which doesn't update FCP. I've installed it yesterday... I think I need the update 2008-02. All I find is this page...
