I agree, but I was thinking it could be a problem with the power supply not able to get it enough power to start. If I hit the CUDA button, it will start and run fine. Hopefully they'll get back to me with a replacement soon....
Well, I plug in a 350Mhz and it works, just without the Pwrlgx cpu upgrade. I've tried to get in touch with there support but apparently they don't provide it on this model, I have to go through a 3rd party. Overall, not a good experience. Any possiblity that this could be the powersupply...
I've tried the ram bit, and I've tried leaving it for various extended periods of time. The reset button I'm referring to is the one by the battery on the motherboard- still trying to figure this darn issue out! Thanks!

That's my next step, but I installed the processor in a friends system that had a 350mhz proc (mine was 450). I'll see if I can't get the 350 from him and try that. Do you think it could be the processor? It was running fine for about a month. Thanks!

For some reason my G4 Sawtooth won't boot unless I hit the reset button first. I've tried a new battery, hard drive, video card, ram, resetting the PRAM, unplugging everythign. Nothing will work- The only thing I haven't been able to test is the CPU, I have a PowerLogix CPU upgrade installed...
I've got a sealed Final Cut Express that I'd like to sell for $220 shipped.
I also have some Cisco routers and a Pix 520 if anyone's interested- let me know.
As far as trades, I'd like a 600mhz or faster iBook or anything cool/interesting.
Thanks!

I have a PowerBook 667 Rev. B with 768MB of RAM, IBM 40GNX (5400RPM) hard drive, airport card and 2.5 years left on applecare warranty. I'm thinking I want the 17" model (need the screen) so I may sell this baby.
I'm thinking it's worth about $2,000 total but that's just off the top of my...
Man, right when I fix one problem I find another! I can't get into single user mode on my dp867 PM- I've tried two keyboards and nothing works- I tried verbose as well and it won't work either. Just for reference, I can eject teh CD-ROM though- thanks!

Luckily, this workstation didn't have anything critical on it, I've been playing with it and now that I have 10.2 I'm getting it ready for another worker and ordering a dual 867 system- that is, if I can get this system up and running successfully!
