Hi, i own Sony DCR-HC1000 camcorder and iMac Intel Dual Core. The problem is iMovie doesnt recognize the camera. I have tested my firewire cable and it seems to be fine and also my firewire port. Also wen i connect the camcorder displays DVin on its LCD display. So looks like Camcorder's port...
