Somehow I must have screwed up my DNS setup. Every change I try to make with Server Admin doesn't stick it won't be written to the named.conf file or in the /var/named directory.
How can i start over? (I don't care if I loose the existing data, only a couple entries).

I have a strange problem with mail and spam detection.
in my amavis.log I see that a mail came in and it was identified as spam. I configured the junk mail filter to deliver junk mal but rewrite the subject with *** JUNK MAIL ***
when I now look at the mail in my inbox I don't see any SPAM...
