I am running a PowerBook which is about 1 month old. OS X 10.4.3. If someone could email it I would be very greatful! Is it just a case of putting it back where it came from?

I have deleted account.prefpane. Please don't ask why, but it was a moment of madness. I am new to OS X, but have been using computers too long to know you don't just delete system files for the sake of it! Could anybody let me know how I could get it back. I would be EXTREMELY greatful...
