Mac Pto 3.1 Doesen't Want To Start

Please help me
mac pro 3.1 does not start the led of the start button is always on.
When I try to start I see the video card fan on....
the red lights of the ram on
and a red light on the motherboard on...... in a fews second ...and then everything shuts down
After 24/48 ours my mac start on normaly and work fine,but when shuts down the same problem ultil the next 24/48 ours
I replace a new PSU and a new frontal pannel..but nothing .
Please give some help

Red means some RAM is failing! Plus I found one time on 2.8 Mac Pro with a Mini pot connection to a display. After a quick power outage it would't start all. I discovered if I unplugged the mini-display cord then it boot right up normally! Then after it started booting I plugged the cable back into my Mac Pro!
