AI shows up on the macmini but not the macbook air in the same house

Both devices are activated. I've rebooted a couple of times. Writing tools show up on the Mac mini in Pages, email... not on MacBook Air (M2). Both are running the latest OS. What am I missing other than the "check back later" message that I find so rude (since there is no information other than go away), right after "Just simply."

Sometimes in especially in upgraded version checking in System Preferences, Privacy and uncheck, reboot and go back in and out a check mark back in helps because there seems to be something (I think it was the built in firewall that stops it! To me it looks like using that firewall seems not follow the long standing Well known port on Apple Softwares!
