I've seen this discussed before.
The general concensus seems to be that you're not actually selecting a keyboard-- what you're actually choosing is the software package that goes with the SuperDrive (ie, iDVD).
Call DMS (datamem.com)-- tell them what you need and they'll get it for you.
They almost always have close to the bottom prices, but they always have great customer service.

I'd recommend datamem.com for close-to-the-bottom prices and excellent customer support. I've ordered my RAM from them for about 4 years now and have never once had a problem.
You might look to see if you can unplug the light- the machine would still go to sleep and function normally.
I unplugged the sleep light in my iBook. I'll plug it back in if I ever find a hack that lets me do it with software instead of hardware...
The Pismo, if that's what you have, can in fact accept up to 1GB RAM-- 1 512MB in the lower slot, another in the top slot. Just make sure you get the right RAM.
I know this for a fact because I owned two of them and both had 1GB of RAM.
