The airport icon on my macbook desktop keeps greying out every second and when I check in system preferences and network, the airport settings says failed, its just the airport settings that are affected and not the sever ect. The funny thing is that after about five minutes the settings...

yes it spins up once before the bog sound which is before the log in screen.

I have noticed that my hard drive turns over before the bong sound during booting which i can not remember if this has happened before,I have had his macbook 4 months and for the life of me I can not recall if it has happened before? please help thank you ;-)
