    Arg, should have read that before I reinstalled 10.2 this morning. Now everything works fine. It was weird, I ran Apple System Profiler and plugged in the HD and it was clearly being recognized as a Lacie External HardDrive according to the ASP. Just nothing showed up on the desktop.     Brightness controlls no longer working, FireWire HD not recognized

    Just installed 10.2.2. Ever since I've been running it, my external FireWire HD isn't recognized. Also, I can't use the brightness controlls that double as F1 and F2 keys. Everything else seems to work fine. Any ideas? -Wilx

    10.2.2 Is Here!

    I just installed 10.2.2 last night and shut down. This morning, after I started it up with 10.2.2 for the first time, my iBook didn't recognize my external firewire HD. Also, the buttons that controll the screen brightness (and double as F1 and F2 buttons) don't work anymore, but the ones right...
