Doh, sorry about this guys, I've sorted it now :)

I have installed Tiger on my Powerbook but the only programs in the utilities folder are: Powerbook batter updater Java folder iPod software updater Airport Setup Assistant One of the main programs missing is 'System Profiler' which I really need. :(

When I try to open .mpkg files it says their isn't a specified application to open the document, I know it's usually the Apple Installer that open's .mplg files but for some reason I can't find it on my mac. :(

I'll make sure that the person selling hasn't used the disks, the ones I'm looking at are still sealed :) Thanks again guys.

Yeah the Powerbook was second hand from eBay, I'll call Apple and get some advice and also see if they can do me a discount of restore disks. Thanks for the help :)

Their G4 Powerbook restore disks off eBay, they cos £29.99 rather than £89.99 for the retail box from Apple, I don't like running illegal software, it's a paranoia thing I have.

I have just bought a 15" Powerbook G4 1.25ghz, the machine comes with Tiger pre-installed but no disks, if I bought a set of G4 15inch Powerbook restore disks is that legal or do I have to buy a retail box version?

I'm limited on space in my house and although I love my Powermac (spec below) I'm stewing with the idea of selling it and buying a 15" Powerbook, I don't really use the full potential of the Powermac but all I need is something with a 1gb+, 512mb RAM, DVD Writer and Wifi, if I sell my Powermac...

What was the resolution with this? I'm looking to install a DWL-G520 in my G4 AGP Powermac.

I have a Belkin wireless ethernet bridge and a belkin wireless router, their about 3 foot away from each other but for some reason my bridge keeps dropping the connection to my router, if I put a pin in the back and reset it it reconnects to the router and then drops again a short while after...

I can't get iDvd to work and to be honest I haven't got the time to be messing about with it. :(

Thanks Cam, I'll try some of these when I get back from work tonight, reason it's annoying me so much is I bought iLife 05 last Thursday with one of the reasons to use iDVD but it won't burn, grrrrr. Thanks again and good luck :)

Still having this problem guys, I have moved Tiger to my 120gb drive using Carbon Copy Cloner and recreated the iDVD project but everything still freezes when I try to burn it to DVD, the mouse still moves but nothing responds and I have to reboot my machine. It's annoying me as I'm burning digi...

Whenever I try to a DVD in iDVD it locks my mac after about 30 seconds, I've only got about 8gb left on my system drive (but loads of room on my second drive) so could that be the problem maybe?

Hmmm, oh well I'll stick to the JBL's then :)

What exactly have you heard Satcomer? I think I'm gonna get the JBL's even though I've never heard the difference between them.
