:D What about people using music apps? When / if the big players deliver OS X-native versions of apps like Cubase, Pro Tools, etc., they'll be awesome. But there's no sign yet, bar something from Emagic next year (those efficient Germans!) So some of us won't be going to OS X just yet...

Agree 100% with Javintosh. I got tired of being taken to the cleaners every time Interarchy decided to download its latest version, and then start demanding money all over again... I've already paid once for Anarchie, and once for Interarchy -- I'm not going to pay again for version 5...

Umax told me they WERE developing OS X drivers -- do a search for my posts (there aren't many!) and you'll see exactly what they told me in another thread re Umax scanners and OS X. Ta ta

How about some proper graphics support in OS X for those with older ATI cards? ATI have said they won't deliver drivers for OS X -- which is great of them -- so how about if Apple do? There's a big PowerMac, iMac and PowerBook userbase out there who will have no openGL / 2D acceleration if...

These Macs use the old ATI Rage Pro graphics cards, so graphics performance in OS X won't be great (no OpenGL drivers for these cards). I don't know if / how that affects your decision. Until someone gives an answer to this, I'm holding off upgrading! Ben
