wipe the computer's HD and then go buy OS9 or OSX on ebay. that is all i can tell you to do well, you could get this: http://ubuntulinux.org totally free, just have them send you a pressed disk(NO S&H AND NO COST) good stuff. i promise

linux is great. not as great as OSX but close.

did you try authenticatng the songs first, play them all once(not the whole song, just for a second) and then try to put them on the ipod using itunes

my father left my ipod shuffle plugged into my mac for about 11hours longer than he should have. will that kill my battery life? or does the ipod shuffle have a thing that cuts off the energy flow when it get full charge.
