In safari, notepad and textedit i get this silly problem with fonts not displaying right. I looks like numbers mixed up and placed on top of eachother. I looks like a bug. How do i fix this? I just reinstalled my system, i mean a clean install involving backing up my docs and erasing the disk...

ok. HFS+ is not an option in disk utility. i guess mac os extended (journaled) is the same thing?

I update my system when needed. Now i want to do a total cleanup of my machine. when i do so, i will loose all the updates. Is there a location on my computer where all the (apple) update installers are stored so i can burn them on a CD?
