Truthfully, I don't think this would be violating any laws... you are still using it for personal use. What's the difference if you did own the CD's and you were playing them for 20 to 30 friends? The users can only listen to them from your computer, not download them and store them...

Very true. This boggled my mind for quite some time before opening up an info window for a song. The dialog box would be very nice.

Just for those lazy few among us... if you have konfabulator download a widget called itunesy from www.konfabulator.com It automaticaly pulls the large image from amazon. if you view package contents of the widget there is a resources folder. Open this up and then open up the cache folder...

I may be way off on this (I don't have iTunes 4 yet) but I belive that the sharing you're speaking of is only available to Macs on the same subnet on the network. I believe it's just a sharing of the libraries on the network so that you can play a song from one to the next Mac. I don't think...

I just tried it with safari on my mac and in IE on a winXP based machine. Both are downloading 3.0.1 currently. I'll just try back later on.
