Huh.... if playing AIFF files is important to you, you may want to look into buying a generation 1 or two iPod with old firmware.... back when AIFF files were supported. But then the firmware was updated, and they got rid of AIFF but added AAC (MP4) support. *shrugs* a suggestion.

I believe you can simply drag the files from a window within Windows to a folder on your Mac side... if that doesn't work, you could always use Virtual PC's "Shared Folder" feature to share the files between the Windows and Mac sides.
