Alright, well I'm going to type everything in again, then follow the commands it gives me in the read-me. I'll copy/paste them here: Is the "Jaguar note" he refers to one and the same as the link I posted earlier?

Or the $? Because after I typed all the stuff on that page in, I tried to follow the commands in the read-me and it didn't work.

Also when I type the "%" in front of the bottom commands it says "Too many arguments," again when I don't type it it doesn't say anything.

New Update: After playing for a short time I realized that the game quits when you go through a new area and the auto-save occurs. I wrote back to Aspyr, I have yet to get a response to this however.

***UPDATE*** Aspyr e-mailed me again, with a temporary fix until a full patch can be made/released. I can confirm that it does indeed work.

Whenever I scroll up, and I mean ALL THE TIME, it will start to scroll up then suddenly scroll back down. It's amazingly frustrating. It's definitely not the batteries, and it's not Tiger as it has been doing it since Panther or maybe even Jaguar. Any help would be appreciated.
