It worked! Thanks for the tip. This was in places on my computer I have never been before. I wonder if other problems I from time to time could be fixed by trashing cache files for other programs. I might try it next time. Thanks again for your help. Dan

When trying to send a link from a web page, in safari, it tells me it cannot find a mail program. I cannot find anywhere to tell it I want it to use mail.
