How do I set a proxy in IE? I look in the PROXY preferences and SECURE PROXY is selected. To the right of this is blank. Should this be blank?

Cannot get to a site using Internet Explorer 5.2.2. I get a message stating 'I am trying to access a page I am unauthorized to display and were stopped by the SAS proxy'. I am using a G4 and have no problems with Netscape, ICab, Mozilla, or Safari. ANyone know what is wrong?

Using Mozilla 1.2.1 (in MANAGE BOOKMARKS) I am unable to delete some bookmarks or bookmark folders. I am also munable to drag bookmarks at all. Anyone else have these problems and know how to fix them? I have 640 MB RAM so this can't be the problem.

(Netscape 7.0) In the ADVANCED preferences, select SCRIPTS AND PLUGINS and deselect OPEN A LINK IN A NEW WINDOW .... This seemed to do the job -- no more pop-ups. I don't know what else I deselected. So if I am costing Netscape some advertising time -- sorry but I think AOL sucks.

Thanks for the your help. Yes that did the job for Mozilla. How about for Netscape? Is it possible to do the same for it? I chacked it out and there is nothing about unrequested junk.

I know Mozilla is a browser made by many. It really is terrible because more websites I go to (with this browser) first gives me pop-up ads. Any way I can get rid of these? Using Navigator (Chimera) version .06 there are no pop-ups.
