Have you tried with different music files? I was having this same error burning tracks ripped from a particular CD, but otherwise have had no problems.

Try deleting the invisible file called "OfficePID", located inside the "Office" folder of the "Microsoft Office X" folder.

You may want to take a look at this installer package. I use it on 10.1 client with absolutely no complaints. http://www.entropy.ch/software/macosx/mysql/ xyz

You can find your IP address in the Network pane of System Preferences. Hope this helps.
