    How to update OS X on a IDE HD attached to Sonnet PCI IDE Controller?

    Hi, i have installed OS X on a 8600 with a G3 400 upgradecard. OS X is now running from an IDE HD attached to a Sonnet IDE Controller. All working fine under OS X with it, but i can't choose the IDE HD in the OS X updater! Only the build in SCSI HD! Any way to update anyway?
