As in stay stuck down? What kind of keyboard do you have? I got a new Logitech Internet Navigator keyboard, and when i press Cmd-shift on the right side it does a "control lock" for the right control key, and i have to hit the control key to turn it off. Annoying, but somewhat avoidable.
