Hello! Am I totally stupid or is it really not possible to print the contact list with all details from the new Addressbook in Jaguar? All I can manage to do is to print a telephone list if I select "print"... :(

tinker tool is your friend! :D install it and you will see tinker tool in your system preferences and there you can set how the background image should be placed! http://www.bresink.de/osx/TinkerTool.html

why do you want to use the root account? it is not recommended to use it on a working system because of security stuff. apple has therefore developed the adminstrator account! sudo should really do all you need...
