How do i set up entourage to automatically check my mail every min or so. So that i dont have to press send recieve everytime i wanna check if i got mail.

I got the pixels width and height from a menu that came up when i wanted to save the document. The document i want to set as my wallpaper is simple backround color with some writing no pic's nothing.
