I have a new G5 Dual 1.8, preinstalled with 10.3.0 and me upgrading it to 10.3.2. I think I had the same problem. Apple Apps like Safari, Mail and iCal wouldn't launch. The icon would just bounce in the dock for a second, then nothing. I went back to 10.3.0. Also, in Safari I've had a crash...
