Is it possible the antennae in the lid may be losing contact? I hear that's a problem with TiBooks?

When using iCal however, make sure you start it up everytime you start your computer. Once you've done that, you can quit it, but the date won't be correct, unless it's either July 17th (the standard date on the icon) you've started it to update it.

Yeah, it should be fine with BigPond. It's absolutely fine with my iiNet ADSL. I would have to reccomend using an Apple AirPort base station, because they just work so easily with the computers.
