Sorry to trouble you again. One thing I forgot to ask. The lady's address book is just a bunch of email addresses. How can I change this so that contacts names are showing, instead of email addresses which is hopeless trying to find the contact she wants to email. Again - my thanks

I am a Windows user and trying to help an elderly widow set up her Mac which has been packed away for 12 months since her husband passed away. Can't work out how to edit email address book - delete old entries etc. and how to select multiple address to send out a 'bulk' email. Would appreciate...
