The thing I don't get, is why Apple would go through the whole big thing of saying that you had to pay $20 s/h if on their website, they say that ground shipping is free if you order anything (which would include the 10.1 upgrade...)... I'm still confused...

Theres the setup assistant when you first install OS X, which allows you to register it... If you didn't do it then, you can also do it at Apple's website, I think under Support...

At http://store.apple.com/ there's a blurb that says, "Order today and get free ground shipping." Does that mean, if we order 10.1 from apple, we don't even have to pay shipping? :confused:

I don't know, but I think you guys are jumping the gun. We don't even know who is responsible for these acts, and you're already thinking about how to deal with them. More things may happen... the guy (girl... group... we don't know yet...) is still on the loose, and as long as they're loose...

I use OS X as my main os at home. The only time I reboot into 9 is when I want to play GlTron:D . I also use Photoshop and some various games in Classic mode... And also with the carbonization of Iconographer I use classic even less.

Thanks vulcan. Nest time I restart into OS 9 I'll try those things. In appearance I especially like the additions of the plain white and grey desktops. :D

Recently, (I think after I installed 9.2.1...) I noticed that I can't print in OS X. The problem is, that Print Center won't open... If I try to open print center manually, it opens and the menu's change to Print Center's menu's and then I get the rainbow ball... No windows open...:( Any...
