bump... im having problems again... i notice that it is sluggish at best on the iBook. the reception is full strength and it is being used in the next room in a 1 BR apt. im so freakin frustrated.

correction.. i get an -1000 error message. and i see the same problem with backup 1.2. i've noticed i dont see the normal .pkg icon. what i see instead is the standard folder icon in its place. any suggestions?

actually it is.. its a program called simple search which allows u to run a search through google or version tracker. very nice.

this may seem a silly question, but I would like to be able to sync my calendar from iCal and address book too between my iBook which comes with me to work and my G4 867 at home. Both have 10.2.1, but is there a way to be able do this? using rendezvous or isync? thanks in advance.

since i updated to 10.2, i've had no problems running my iBook and accessing the internet over Airport. very nice :)

im not sure about a video card, but you can get the formac studio which has s video in and out, coaxial cable in and out and has firewire connectivity. i use it to transfer my old analog camcorder clips to iMovie and also to watch TV. go to www.formac.com for more info
