cant install iSync on iBook

i have an iBook and Im trying to install iSync, but Im getting
error message 4000. It has 10.2.1 on it. Any ideas?

correction..

i get an -1000 error message. and i see the same problem
with backup 1.2. i've noticed i dont see the normal .pkg icon. what i see
instead is the standard folder icon in its place. any suggestions?

Is there anyone out there that can help me.When I try to open [COLORred].pkg[/COLOR] files I get an error message 1000. i've noticed i dont see the normal .pkg icon. what i see instead is the standard folder icon in its place. any suggestions? I have seens this message posted by "dtmdoc" and he said that he has sloved the problem. I tryed to e-mail him and he won't e-mail me back. So if anyone knows than could you please tell me how to fix the .pkg problem?!

PS: My e-mail is bkaron@tampabay.rr.com and im runing Mac OS 10.2
