*yawn* mac users sure get upset easily. i shrug at this new development. most software will work alright with rosetta, mac provided software (nearly everything i use) will work fine from day one, most developers will be intel-ready in time, macs were bad for gaming to begin with, and maybe games...

people sure are upset over this change. personally, I think software is more important than hardware. I came for OSX.

I only have the lastest Saft installed, and Saft has been installed and working fine for awhile before this started. I'd tell you the site, but its personal. All I can do is assure you that its neither porn nor illegal downloads. :P

Safari has also been kinda slow as of late. I dont know why. It saddens me.

The same site keeps crashing Safari, always at random intervals. I dont know why. I just siddenly get the beachball, and have to forcequit. Is there a way to see what is actually causing the problem?

I almost never use Spotlight because I always use Quicksilver. I was hating on it after the switch to Tiger until they released an update. Its so good.

CNN has Safari on their screens. I dont know what Mac though. My guess would be Power Mac, as they had one of those giant cinematic screens.

When I plug my digital camera in, it opens iPhoto and asks me if I want to import all my photos. I dont want to do that. I want to pick and choose. Is this possible?

I saw in Popular Science that people are doing pretty neat things with the Mini. Coolest one IMHO was an in-car computer, with the mini in the glove compartment, and a touch screen mounted on the dash.

Here's another one: having that stupid plus button instead of a real maximize button. most of the time, the plus button just changes one dimension in a bizarre or inconsequential way. I end up having to do it manually anyway.

shouldnt osx have an onscreen keyboard for accessability like windows does? I vaguely remember seeing one but couldnt get it to work. though the problem was deleted input interface files, so that shouldnt be shocking...
